I had a chance to visit Biscayne Landings in North Miami last week. I had a great time in North Miami and thought I’d discuss the community with you.

Chasewood is obviously one of our favorite communities. An option in another city is Aventura Lakes.
While Aventura Lakes really does offer a little bit for everyone. It’s hard to overlook how nice the Aventura location is. There is a little bit for everyone in Aventura with the bonus that Aventura Lakes homes is wonderful as well.
Features like a gated entry, exercise area and clubhouse, keep all of the residents of Aventura Lakes very satisfied.
And the city of Aventura is pretty amazing as well. Located in the heart of everything, such as beautiful weather, the nicest boutiques, fantastic parks and easy access to the beaches, you’ll fall in love with everything about this city.
